OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES – GUITAR RAFFLE

1. Eligibility

The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Tails Of Togetherness Society, which are final.

2. Minimum Fundraising Requirement – Ohio Law Compliance

A minimum of $500 must be raised through ticket sales and/or donations for the raffle drawing to take place.

• If the total funds raised do not meet or exceed $500 by the scheduled end date,
  the drawing will be delayed until the minimum fundraising amount is reached.
• All entries, including mail-in entries, will remain valid until the drawing occurs.
• No refunds will be issued due to delays related to the minimum fundraising requirement.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the raffle in one of the following ways:

A. Paid Entries

Raffle tickets may be purchased:

• Online through the designated fundraising platform, or
• In person at events or locations approved by Tails Of Togetherness Society.

Each ticket purchased counts as one entry into the drawing.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win

No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or donation does not increase your chances of winning.

To enter the raffle without making a purchase, mail a legibly handwritten postcard containing your full name, phone number, mailing address, and email address to:

All mailed entries must be received by midnight on December 5, 2025. Each mailed entry will be entered into the same drawing and given an equal chance of winning as any paid entry. Limit one mailed entry per person.

Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the prize: an Epiphone Starling Acoustic Guitar (or the guitar listed on the fundraiser page).

No substitutions except at the sole discretion of Tails Of Togetherness Society.

5. Drawing and Winner Selection

The drawing will take place on or after the stated end date, provided the minimum $500 fundraising requirement has been met.

If the minimum has not been met, the drawing will be postponed until the requirement is achieved.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (paid and mailed).

The winner will be notified using the contact information provided.

6. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim their prize within 72 hours of notification.

Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in prize forfeiture.

Forfeited prizes will automatically be placed into a new raffle, with details announced separately.

7. Shipping

• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the winner.
• If shipping is required, the winner must pay all shipping costs within 72 hours of receiving the shipping invoice.
• Failure to pay shipping charges within the allotted time will result in forfeiture, and the prize will be placed into a new raffle.

Local pickup is free.

8. General Conditions

Tails Of Togetherness Society may cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the drawing.

By participating, entrants agree that Tails Of Togetherness Society may use their name for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tails Of Togetherness Society is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or issues affecting the drawing or notification process.

Participants release Tails Of Togetherness Society from any responsibility related to participation or prize acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
