CHANGE A LIFE - SPONSOR A VET
CHANGE A LIFE - SPONSOR A VET
Tails Of Togetherness Society provides Service Dogs to Veterans and to individuals with disabilities or medical conditions, along with ongoing service dog training support and guidance.
We also train and deploy therapy dog teams to schools, hospitals, memory care facilities, first responder departments, crisis support settings, and other community locations to promote emotional wellness, connection, and healing.
We further support community wellness through pet-assisted outreach, educational workshops, grief support groups for pet loss, and opportunities for individuals to engage in healthy, supportive, and relationship-building activities with animals. Chapel and reflection services may be offered to provide comfort, spiritual support, and emotional grounding for individuals and families.
Additionally, we provide wellness-based pet care services, including grooming and daily care support for therapy, service, and companion animals, to ensure their health, safety, and emotional well-being.
Future program development may include accessible indoor pet–human enrichment environments and supportive day-enrichment programs designed to foster positive interaction, emotional regulation, and shared activity between pets and their families. These programs are structured to promote educational benefit, therapeutic connection, and improved quality of life, rather than commercial boarding or recreation.
All services are offered to advance community wellness, emotional resilience, and human–animal connection. No part of the organization’s income benefits any private individual, and all resources are used solely to further the charitable mission.

🇺🇸🐾 **Why Your Support Matters for Veterans and Their Service Dogs** 🐾🇺🇸
Providing a fully trained service dog to a veteran can cost between **$20,000 and $60,000**.
At Tails Of Togetherness Society, we try to reduce this cost with volunteers who provide training (professional trainers) and even free grooming for veterans who receive service dogs through our organization Most veterans receive these life‑changing dogs *at no cost*, thanks to generous community members, donors, and volunteers.
Every dollar donated and every hour volunteered directly helps a veteran regain independence, confidence, and hope.
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
We are always welcoming puppy raisers, office volunteers, dog walking opportunitie, event volunteers and much more!

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission.
